This product is pork with SPECIAL NUTRITION (Sunflower Seed-fed pork). These pigs have a special nutrition that has led to an excellent balance between Omega 6 and Omega 3 fats. Analytical controls show the increase in Omega 3 acid, and therefore the improvement of the Omega6 : Omega 3 balance and the reduction in the percentage of fatty saturated acids, contributing to an improvement of its nutritional value. Relationship between the Omega 6 and Omega 3 is highly important for the good development of the organism. The increment of the Omega 3 means a lower ratio of Omega 6:Omega3 which benefits the prevention of degenerative chronic diseases and cancer.
